Bio: Velasco studied dancing and became an actress of a revue with Celia Gámez. In 1954 she debuted at the movies with roles in films of minor interest. At the end of the Franco regime she worked with the director José Luis Sáenz de Heredia and also with other directors making films of higher quality; e.g. Tormento (1974) or Pim, pam, pum... ¡fuego!
